a way out of a cave

Solving the crisis in Syria (and at the same time helping other people).
The many caves into which our thought is put, and consequently us too, make it difficult for independent thought to break through.
Here is an example of a creative solution, based on independent thought, to the crisis in Syria, which unfortunately will not be realized precisely because we all live in a cave (each of us in a different cave into which we were put, while constantly making sure we would not be able to get out).
The current situation in Syria is that the Alaouite minority of approximately 2.5 million people, supported by some of the other minorities will not be able to exist it if renounces its "either him or me" rule. Either the Sunni majority will rule and then the fate of the Alaouite minority will be similar to that of other rulers who gave up or were forced to give up their rule, or the Alaouite rule will continue but then the Sunni majority will not lead the life it deserves.
The interesting thing is that anyone who can influence or talk about it does not understand or chooses not to understand and thus continues to offer irrelevant solutions, based on each of us continuing to live in the cave in which he was accustomed to live, no one (with authority) stands up and offers a the parties an option to enable them to create a situation in which they can all live together.
The amazing thing is that there are solutions which can benefit everyone, which we like to call "win-win" situations, and in this case we can even achieve a solution which is good for everyone, as in "win-win-win-win" solution.

One possible solution (and there must be more): founding a new state which dominates the area including parts of the Golan Heights (including the Druze villages and a part of current Syria, as well as the Lebanon border area). The new state will have four bordering states: Syria, Lebanon, Jordan and Israel.
This new state will allow the establishment of an Alaouite majority, a Palestinian minority, and other minorities similar to the state existing today but without the Sunni majority which does not coexist peacefully with the Alaouite rule.
At the same time this will also provide a solution to other difficult, old and unsolved problems:
a solution to the problem of the Palestinian refugees, as well as a peace settlement between Israel, Syria and Lebanon, and the existence of a Sunni Syrian state alongside an Alaouite state, thus solving the horrible war currently conducted in Syria.
Reviewing the attached map reveals the simplicity of just one cut on the map!

Demographic appendix from Wikipedia:
The population in Syria currently includes 22.5 million people (2011). The ethnic Syrians are Semitic mingled with Indian-Europeans and with Turks who historically ruled the region for long periods.
Religiously speaking, 87% of the Syrians are Muslim- out of which 74% are Sunni Muslim and-13% Shiite (including 11% Alaouite). 10% are Christian (including Armenians and Assyrians) and about-3% Druze. There is also a very small Jewish community concentrated mostly in the area of Damascus and in Qamishli.
Ethnically, 90% of the residents are Arab, around 7% are Kurd and around 2% Armenian. In Syria live about 430,000 Palestinian refugees.

What a shame we are locked in our caves and fail to see.
What a shame that the ones who put us in those caves and make sure we stay there don't step up to take responsibility!
Is there a chance for an Israeli leader to come out internationally and locally a hero and offer a similar solution?

Wishing you an independent and fruitful thinking
